  • What is your shipping policy?

    Shipping rates and times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer free shipping on all wholesale orders over $100. All of our products are shipped from our facility in Louisville, KY. Shipping in the United States usually takes between 1-5 business days depending on your location and method of shipping (First Class/Priority/Express). Some states have individual shipping restrictions for certain products. Please see the next question to view those restrictions.
  • What states have shipping restrictions?

    The following states have restrictions on certain products. Louisiana restricted products: Hemp papers and hemp wraps. Alabama, Arkansas, Missouri, Rhode Island restricted products: Papers, wraps and cones of any kind.
  • Why won't you let me place an order?

    There are a few situations in which we are unable to process an order. First, due to varying state laws, we are unable to ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Rhode Island. Another possibility is that the product(s) you are trying to order is out of stock. Lastly, we only accept wholesale orders of $50 or more.   • Is there a minimum order quantity?

    Yes, you must purchase at least $50 to purchase from Zig-Zag Wholesale.
  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes! All wholesale orders will automatically receive free domestic shipping.
  • Do you ship internationally?

    No. We distribute solely to the United States.
  • Do you allow returns?

    We have a 30 day defective return policy. If you receive a product that appears to have a manufacture defect or received any product that has arrived to you bearing extensive damage, please visit our “Contact Us” page and fill out our comment form describing the issue. One of our representatives will reach out to assist you.
  • I did not receive my order. What do I do?

    If your order never arrived, please visit our "Contact" page and provide your order number and comments and we will make sure to correct the issue.
